RIVER BEND

HARMON VALLEY, March 23 – Dave Sneddon will be coming to Hugh Bell’s place to saw lumber very soon.

A few neighbors are getting out logs but by the looks of the weather they will have to hurry before all the snow goes as the sleighs will not be able to go on the muddy roads we now have.

M. Whitney has a few logs yet to get out of the bush.

Mr. and Mrs. H. Bell were visitors at M. Whitney’s last Friday.

Mrs. and Mrs. Whitney were visitors at K. Foster’s farm last Sunday.

Little Henry Foster celebrated his first birthday March 18.
